My packages reflect my experience, time, artistic vision, and energy required to meet the standard of excellence that I hold myself to as a photographer. I believe that photo sessions are sacred spaces, and it is my honor to stand before you with my camera.

    • Those preferring a fast-paced experience within a shorter time frame

Please provide your first/last name, location relative to Seattle, number of people in your party, and a 1-2 month window you are hoping to book. I have fluctuating availability monthly and seasonally. Please be aware that weather may dictate scheduling, depending on time of year. Flexibility may be required across an entire day or weekend to ensure that conditions are adequate.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

PAYMENT: A $100 retainer fee is required at time of booking. Remainder of payment will be collected in-person at the time of your session. Payments may be made via Venmo or PayPal.

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations may be made by the photographer due to illness, weather, natural disaster, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of a photographer cancellation, the retainer fee may be used toward rescheduling. If the client chooses not to re-book, the $100 retainer fee will be refunded. Cancellations made by the client, for any reason, without rescheduling, will result in retention of the $100 retainer fee. The photographer has the right to deny rescheduling following two or more cancellations.

REFUNDS: Finished photography galleries are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied with your final gallery or feel that something is missing, please reach out to me immediately so that we may discuss your concerns and try to find a solution. Your experience and satisfaction are my top priority.

EDITS & ALTERATIONS: Edited photos may include minor touch-ups for distracting flaws, such as smoothing small skin blemishes, and eliminating dirt, fuzz, food in teeth, or other unexpected background noise. Modifications meant to significantly alter someone’s appearance will not be made, such as changes to hair color, skin color, eye color, body shape, or elimination of wrinkles or freckles.

GALLERY DELIVERY & TIMELINES: Clients can expect to receive delivery of their finished galleries within 2-4 weeks of their completed photo session. Galleries will be delivered in a private Google photo album, via email.

RIGHTS & OWNERSHIP: I, Rebecca Kelly, am the original author and copyright owner of all photos I capture, including all RAW and edited photos. Paying clients will own the right for personal use of edited photos delivered in their gallery, including sharing, printing, and distributing images with whomever they choose. RAW photos will not be provided to clients. Clients do not have the right to resale or reuse photos for any monetary gain without explicit permissions from the photographer (Rebecca Kelly). The photographer retains the right to use any or all photos for marketing purposes on their social media and/or website.

By booking and paying the $100 retainer fee, the client accepts all terms and conditions as outlined above.
